Do we make the quilts we sell?
No, our quilts are antiques.  They were hand crafted by Americans long ago.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Most orders ship within 2 business days.  If you requested custom add-ons, it may take a few weeks.

Do you accept returns?
We stand by all of our descriptions and products.  We only accept returns if there is a discrepancy or quality issue.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.  If you have any concerns contact us and we will work it out.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply email us at support@kerkwoodbrands.com
